Terri Ferrise is a Vice President within the Institutional Sales division at The Marshall Group. She is responsible for institutional account management, business development and loan sales nationwide. Prior to joining the Sales division, Ferrise served as Assistant Vice President of the Church Finance Division and the Loan Servicing Manager for Marshall Investments Corporation. Under her management, the Loan Servicing department serviced a more than $1.2 billion loan portfolio of various Marshall Group financings throughout the United States. Ferrise has more than six years of finance industry experience and more than 18 years of business management experience. She holds a a master's degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Concordia College. She is a licensed General Securities Representative with the NASD and holds a Uniform Combined State Law License. |

Mike Frank is a Senior Executive Vice President within the Institutional Sales Division of The Marshall Group. Frank previously served in the Bank Sales division at Miller & Schroeder Financial Inc. for eight years. Prior to that, he was a commodity and stock broker for Dean Witter Reynolds. Tom Grady is Executive Vice President and the Director of Marketing & Distribution for Marshall BankFirst Corp. He is responsible for the firm's product distribution, marketing strategy, branding, client and sales communications, advertising, conferences and events. He most recently served as the head of Marketing Services for Deutsche Banks $400 billion Institutional Asset Management division in New York. Prior to that, Mr. Grady served in various roles at Scudder Investments, including marketing communications manager for Scudders $100 billion institutional business. He previously served as assistant director of Public Relations for Tulane University in New Orleans. He began his professional career as a newspaper reporter and assistant editor at a daily newspaper in Arkansas. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Saint Louis University and earned his Master's of Business Administration degree from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. |

Fred Green is a Vice President within the Institutional Sales division of The Marshall Group. He is responsible for institutional account management, business development and loan sales nationwide. He has more than 25 years of experience within the financial services industry. Prior to joining The Marshall Group, Green was a Managing Director and Head of the Government Bond Group at Piper Jaffray, Inc., a regional investment banking firm headquartered in Minneapolis. During his 13 years with Piper Jaffray, he sold fixed income securities to institutional investors in the United States and Canada, and managed institutional sales and trading of government, agency, and mortgage securities. Green was previously a Vice President in the Corporate Banking Group of First Bank Minneapolis (now US Bank) and a Vice President of Brenton Bank and Trust (now Wells Fargo), an 18-member community bank group in Iowa. While at US Bank, he served in various lending groups, including Agri-Business Commodities, Renewable Energy and Telecommunications. In addition, Green participated in First Bank System's MBA Finance Rotation Program. While in this program, he spent extensive amounts of time in the Controller, Treasury and Capital Markets areas. Green holds a bachelor's degree in agriculture business from Iowa State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management, and has been published in Agri Finance, an industry periodical. |

Max Hintz is a Vice President within the Institutional Sales division of The Marshall Group. He is responsible for institutional account management, business development and loan sales nationwide. He has more than 17 years of experience within the financial services industry. Hintz has served in management, credit/investment, and loan production capacities within the real estate divisions of several major banking institutions including First Bank (now U.S. Bank), Wells Fargo, and The First National Bank of Chicago. He also was the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of a privately owned, non-conforming residential mortgage lender. He most recently ran and owned a specialty retail import business which he started in 1995. Headquartered in Dallas, HAG is a commercial finance enterprise specializing in real estate debt. Before launching HAG, Simmons served 10 years as a First Vice President at Miller & Schroeder Financial, Inc. He began his career with North Central Life, a loan-related insurance company where he managed the residential mortgage insurance division. After designing a financial software package, he left in 1988 to run Simtech Research, a software company he managed until beginning his investment banking career.
