Chuck Tatsuda is the Vice President and Director of Interim Construction for Marshall BankFirst. He is responsible for disbursements of Marshall BankFirst's $1.7+ billion construction loan portfolio. Tatsuda has over 20 years of commercial banking and mortgage lending experience, most recently as the Builder Credit Manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage's National Builder division. He helped design and develop their nationwide construction/perm program, as well as several other builder financing programs. Prior to this, Tatsuda was Credit Review Manager for Norwest Mortgage's Quality Assurance group. He started his banking career as a commercial lender at First Bank Minneapolis/St. Paul before joining a commercial credit process review team at Norwest Bank Minneapolis. Tatsuda holds an economics degree from Claremont Men's College, an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School. |

Darcy Samson is Vice President, Portfolio/Data Management for Marshall BankFirst. She is responsible for ensuring the information from which to generate business intelligence is consistent, reliable, accurate, integrated and easily accessible. In addition, she is responsible for ensuring that Marshall BankFirst's reporting systems provide the right information to the right people at the right time and identifying ways to utilize information to add value to the relationships that Marshall BankFirst has with their clients. Lastly, she acts as a liaison to the Project Management Office in the implementation of special projects that directly impact the Credit Department's ability to manage, monitor and/or service the commercial loan portfolio. Samson has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previous financial services experience consists of seven years at Bremer Financial Services as the Vice President - Product Management/Marketing Analysis where she was responsible for new product introductions and the overall management of Bremer's products; managing market and client research; and overseeing the modeling and utilization of Bremer's client information for proactive sales and service opportunities. Additionally, Samson has more than eight years of experience as a Safety and Soundness Financial Institutions Examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and the State of North Dakota. Samson holds a master's of business administration degree from North Dakota State University, and a bachelor's of business administration degree with a major in marketing from the University of North Dakota. She is also a graduate of the American Bankers Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado. |

Jorgen Bocklage is Senior Vice President within the Risk Management Division of Marshall BankFirst. He coordinates with originating bankers on real estate loans by working with the loan administration department on loan documentation, due diligence, closing and loan servicing. Lund previously practiced as a real estate attorney with Lund Law Office, P.A, where he was sole proprietor, and prior to that with Rider Bennett Egan Arundel, Mackall Counse & Moore and Fryberger Buchanan Smith & Frederick. During that time, he provided real estate-related legal services for businesses, including commercial lenders with whom he worked on property acquisition, refinancing and construction loans from application through due diligence, construction phase and term loan closings. Meghan Harris is an Executive Vice President within the Loan Administration division of Marshall BankFirst Corp. She is responsible for the administration of Marshall BankFirst's commercial loan portfolio with responsibility for documentation, closing and servicing of loans, including the draw process of construction loans. Harris previously practiced with the firm of Faegre & Benson, specializing in the structure of commercial loan financings and the resolution of distressed credits, including problem loan work-outs and bankruptcy. She later served as General Counsel to The First National Bank of Saint Paul, providing advice in connection with all aspects of legal and regulatory requirements of national banking associations, continuing her work with commercial transactions and workouts. She spent several years as a Law Professor both in an adjunct capacity as well as that of a visiting full-time Professor of Law, teaching in the areas of Regulation of Banking, Debtor-Creditor Rights, Bankruptcy and Uniform Commercial Code. Harris holds bachelor's degrees in history and English from Coe College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law. |

Her most recent position was as Project Manager, where she was responsible for developing new payoff and budget processes, maintaining the department's business continuity plan and managing a number of other projects. During her time at Wells Fargo, Bagniewski also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and a Residential Construction Loan Processor. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she worked at Trusted Advisors, a subsidiary of Mutual of New York, as an Operations Associate and Office Manager.
