Becky Bagniewski is a Construction Draw Associate within the Risk Management division of Marshall BankFirst. She is responsible for processing construction loan interest requests and handling general administrative duties. Bagniewski previously worked for more than four years with the Construction Finance Group at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in various positions. Her most recent position was as Project Manager, where she was responsible for developing new payoff and budget processes, maintaining the department's business continuity plan and managing a number of other projects. During her time at Wells Fargo, Bagniewski also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and a Residential Construction Loan Processor. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she worked at Trusted Advisors, a subsidiary of Mutual of New York, as an Operations Associate and Office Manager. Bagniewski is currently pursuing a major in business management from the University of Phoenix. |

Sheneall Carter is a Construction Draw Administrator within the Risk Management division of Marshall BankFirst. She is responsible for processing construction loan draw requests. Previously, Carter served as a Cash Management Operations Specialist with TCF National Bank where she was responsible for account reconciliation and customer service. She also worked within the Check Fraud Department as a Forgery Investigator and Foreign Collections Specialist. Carter is currently attending Augsburg College. She is pursuing a major in business administration/finance. |

Paul Ekholm is a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Credit Officer for Marshall BankFirst Corp, and a Senior Vice President of Marshall Investments Corporation and Marshall Financial Inc., a registered broker-dealer subsidiary. He also chairs the firms Credit Committee and Resource Allocation Committee. He has been involved in the origination and underwriting of securities and loan transactions for almost 30 years. Ekholm has extensive finance experience in real estate, healthcare, corporate project finance and securitization of home and multi-family project loans and municipal finance. He is knowledgeable on environmental matters and the impact that hazardous contamination has on real estate financing. He has been called as an expert witness for litigation concerning these issues, and has spoken on related topics before the Association of State and Territorial Solid Waste Management Officials and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Ekholm frequently appears as a guest speaker at organizations such as the Minnesota Association of Commerce and Industry, William Mitchell College of Law, and the Minnesota and National Associations of Local Housing Finance Agencies. Ekholm holds a bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College. |

Adam Harding is a Financial Analyst within the Risk Management division of Marshall BankFirst. He is responsible for financial and credit analysis, determining credit risk ratings, assisting investment bankers in preparing loan documents and providing quarterly updates on existing portfolio loans. Previously, Harding gained experience in the residential lending industry as an intern for TeamMortgage in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Harding holds a bachelor's degree in financial management from the University of Saint Thomas. |

Jim Lund is a Vice President within the Commercial Real Estate division of Marshall BankFirst and is responsible for the administration of Marshall BankFirst's commercial real estate loan portfolio. He coordinates with originating bankers on real estate loans by working with the loan administration department on loan documentation, due diligence, closing and loan servicing. Lund previously practiced as a real estate attorney with Lund Law Office, P.A, where he was sole proprietor, and prior to that with Rider Bennett Egan Arundel, Mackall Counse & Moore and Fryberger Buchanan Smith & Frederick. During that time, he provided real estate-related legal services for businesses, including commercial lenders with whom he worked on property acquisition, refinancing and construction loans from application through due diligence, construction phase and term loan closings. Lund holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from St. Olaf College and a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. |

Ben Martinez is the Loan Operations Manager within the Credit Risk division of Marshall BankFirst. He is responsible for managing the Loan Accounting, Scanning and Collateral Management teams. Martinez has more than 10 years of experience in loan operations and the servicing of commercial loans. Prior to joining Marshall BankFirst, he served as Operations Manager at U.S. Bank where he managed the Loan Documentation and File Management teams. |

Kathy Mullenbach is an Associate in the Risk Management department of Marshall BankFirst. She is responsible for administrative and customer service including bank audit confirmations, wires and deposits. Prior to Marshall BankFirst, Mullenbach was employed by Garfield Clark & Associates, Inc. She served as an Administrative Manager where she was responsible for all aspects of managing from interacting with owners, tenants and vendors to maintaining the accounting operations. |

Heidi Paulson is a Loan Closer within the Loan Administration division of Marshall BankFirst. She is responsible for coordinating and overseeing loan closings. Paulson previously worked as a paralegal within the real estate department of the law firm of Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. Prior to Winthrop & Weinstine, she was a Commercial/Real Estate Lending Assistant with Cherokee Bank and a Housing Program Assistant at Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. Paulson holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota - Morris and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate from the Denver Paralegal Institute. |

Stephanie Pawlyshyn is a Loan Closer within the Loan Administration Department. She is responsible for administering and processing the closing of commercial transactions. Ms. Pawlyshyn began her career at Marshall in 2003 in the Commercial Real Estate Department. Ms. Pawlyshyn holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Minnesota. |

Barbara Rush is a Construction Loan Administrator within the Loan Administration Division of The Marshall Group. She is responsible for processing construction loan draw requests. Rush previously worked within the servicing division of U.S. Bank’s residential mortgage company. Her responsibilities included Supervisor of the cash management and agent servicing departments as well as Quality Assurance Analyst. Prior to joining The Marshall Group, Rush served as a Relationship Business Associate within the special assets group, where she was responsible for processing payoffs, collection of funds and reviewing and processing of complex restructure agreements. Rush holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota. |

Darcy Samson is Vice President, Portfolio/Data Management for Marshall BankFirst. She is responsible for ensuring the information from which to generate business intelligence is consistent, reliable, accurate, integrated and easily accessible. In addition, she is responsible for ensuring that Marshall BankFirst's reporting systems provide the right information to the right people at the right time and identifying ways to utilize information to add value to the relationships that Marshall BankFirst has with their clients. Lastly, she acts as a liaison to the Project Management Office in the implementation of special projects that directly impact the Credit Department's ability to manage, monitor and/or service the commercial loan portfolio. Samson has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previous financial services experience consists of seven years at Bremer Financial Services as the Vice President - Product Management/Marketing Analysis where she was responsible for new product introductions and the overall management of Bremer's products; managing market and client research; and overseeing the modeling and utilization of Bremer's client information for proactive sales and service opportunities. Additionally, Samson has more than eight years of experience as a Safety and Soundness Financial Institutions Examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and the State of North Dakota. Samson holds a master's of business administration degree from North Dakota State University, and a bachelor's of business administration degree with a major in marketing from the University of North Dakota. She is also a graduate of the American Bankers Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado. |

Paul Schaible is a Construction Loan Administrator within the Risk Management division of Marshall BankFirst. He is responsible for managing construction loan draw requests. Schaible has more than 14 years of mortgage finance experience with expertise in the management of construction draw accounts. Most recently, he served as a Disbursement Administrator within Wells Fargo's Commercial Lending division where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial loans. Prior to that, he served as a Loan Administrator in the Construction Finance division at GMAC/RFC where he managed accounts for clients who specialized in the development of master-planned communities. |

Karen Sognesand is a Construction Draw Administrator within the Risk Management division of Marshall BankFirst. She is responsible for processing construction loan draw requests. Sognesand previously served as a Draw Specialist with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage's Construction Finance Group. Her responsibilities included reviewing inspection reports and initiating wires and checks to appropriate parties. Sognesand also has previous experience in; processing, underwriting and closing loans for residential mortgages. Sognesand attended Mankato State University for two years. |

Sandra Spangler is a Paralegal within the Loan Administration division of Marshall BankFirst. She is responsible for drafting loan documentation and overseeing loan closings. Previously, Spangler worked at Atherton Capital in San Mateo, California and Citicorp in Irvine, California as the Documentation Manager for their loan closing departments, closing loans in the franchise food industry. Spangler holds a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Phoenix. |
