Steve McGee is a Senior Vice President within the Senior Housing and Finance division. He is responsible for senior housing loan production. McGee has more than19 years of experience in commercial lending, with the past 16 years dedicated solely to the senior housing and long-term care industry. During those 16 years, he provided long-term care operators in excess of $1 billion of investment capital and established himself as one of the industry's leading financiers. Although the majority of McGee's career in long-term care lending has been focused on senior loan origination, his experience also includes other disciplines of lending and investing including mezzanine loans, equity investments, securitizations, senior/subordinate loan participations and sale/leaseback transactions. Prior to Marshall, McGee co-founded Ziegler Healthcare Capital, LLC, a mezzanine loan fund focused on the senior housing and healthcare markets, where he was responsible for the origination and investment activity of the fund. Before forming Ziegler Healthcare Capital, McGee was an executive with Healthcare Financial Partners REIT, Inc., Capstone Capital Corporation and SouthTrust Bank of Alabama. McGee holds a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. |

Greg Zoidis is the Managing Director of the Senior Housing and Finance division. He is responsible for developing new business in the multi-family and senior housing market segments. Zoidis has more than 20 years of experience structuring, marketing and trading real estate loans and other fixed income transactions. He began his investment banking career with the public finance division of Lehman Brothers in New York and helped start a new business office in Chicago. Zoidis later joined Cargill Financial Services Corporation where he managed Cargill's commercial mortgage origination and securitization group. As part of his career at Cargill, Zoidis lived in Singapore and managed Cargill's private equity investment business in Asia. Most recently, he served as CFO of a privately held senior housing development company. Zoidis holds a master's degree in business administration from New York University's Stern School of Business, a bachelor's degree from Colgate University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. |

Blaine Brint is a Vice President within the Senior Housing and Finance division. He is responsible for senior housing loan production. Brint most recently served as Senior Vice President and Manager of Colonial Bank's health care banking division in Birmingham, Alabama. He directed management of Colonial's $250 million long-term care portfolio and oversaw the bank's $550 million health care finance line of business. Prior to that, Brint spent six years with Life Care Centers of America in Cleveland, Tennessee where he began his healthcare career as a Controller in the company's skilled nursing division. He later served as Division Controller for the company's assisted / independent living operations and as Director of Acquisitions and Development. In his last position as Director of Mortgage Finance, Brint was responsible for orchestrating in excess of $500 million in financing for more than 100 of the company's facilities. Before entering the healthcare industry, he worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the former Arthur Andersen. Brint holds a bachelor's degree from Tennessee Technological University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee. |
