Steve McGee is Director of Originations for PRN Marshall Capital and has over 20 years of experience in commercial lending, with the past 18 years dedicated solely to the senior housing and long-term care industry. During those 18 years, Steve has provided long-term care operators in excess of $1 billion of investment capital, and established himself as one of the industry’s leading financiers. McGee most recently served as co-founder of Ziegler Healthcare Capital, LLC, a mezzanine loan fund focused on senior housing and healthcare markets where he was responsible for originations and investments. Prior to forming Ziegler Healthcare Capital, McGee served as an executive with Healthcare Financial Partners REIT, Inc., Capstone Capital Corporation and SouthTrust Bank of Alabama. In addition to his first mortgage lending experience, McGee has extensive experience in structuring and investing in mezzanine loans, equity investments, securitizations, senior/subordinate loan participations and sale/leaseback transactions. McGee holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. |

Greg Zoidis is an active lender who also serves as Director of Capital Markets for PRN Marshall Capital and is responsible for developing capital market opportunities in the senior housing and long-term care mortgage market. Zoidis most recently served as CFO for Collegeville Development Group, a St. Cloud, Minnesota based senior housing development company. Prior to that, he served as manager for Cargill Financial Service Corporation’s commercial real estate structured finance group. While managing this group he originated and placed more than $1.2 billion in commercial real estate mortgages. Zoidis began his career in investment banking with Lehman Brothers in their public finance division. Zoidis holds his MBA from New York University, a bachelors degree from Colgate University and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York. |

Blaine Brint is Senior Vice President for PRN Marshall Capital and is a veteran of the healthcare industry. Brint most recently served as Senior Vice President and Manager of Colonial Bank’s health care banking division in Birmingham, Alabama. He directed management of Colonial’s $250 million long-term care portfolio as well as oversaw the bank’s $550 million health care finance line of business. Prior to that, he spent six years with Life Care Centers of America in Cleveland, Tennessee where he began his healthcare career as a controller in the company’s skilled nursing division. He later served as division controller for the company’s assisted / independent living operations and as director of acquisitions and developments. In his last position as director of mortgage finance, Brint was responsible for orchestrating in excess of $500 million in financings for more than 100 of the company’s facilities. Before entering the healthcare industry, he worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the former Arthur Andersen. Brint holds a bachelors degree from Tennessee Technological University, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee. |
