Ashraf Omar is the Secondary Marketing Manager of the Marshall BankFirst Mortgage Group. He has more than 10 years of experience in the secondary mortgage market and the ABS market. His responsibilities include developing the bank's mortgage product line and secondary market investor base, as well as overseeing ongoing pipeline management and hedging. Omar attended the University of Phoenix where he majored in marketing and minored in mathematics. |

Matt Steensland is Managing Director of the Marshall BankFirst Mortgage Group. He is responsible for the firm's production, strategy, product mix and initiatives. Steensland most recently served as Director for Partner Loan Services where he was hired to create a wholesale production unit. This unit developed into a nationwide operation closing almost $1 billion in Alt A and niche products. Prior to that, he served as Midwest Region Manager for Southstar Funding. He introduced Southstar into the marketplace and established a strong presence adding local reps throughout the region. Steensland began his career in mortgage banking with Republic Mortgage Insurance Company as an Account Manager in Minnesota. Steensland holds a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University. |

Lucy Lynch is Vice President of Mortgage Operations for the Marshall BankFirst Mortgage Group. She is responsible for underwriting, closing and funding of loans, including the investor process of delivery and post-closing. Lynch previously managed the Wholesale Division of TCF Mortgage Corporation where she focused on the correspondent lending group. This position included interfacing with secondary marketing, loan servicing, post-closing and investor relations on the production side. She later was Chief Production Officer for Principal Residential Mortgage, a subsidiary of Principal Financial Group. In her tenor with Principal, she created a correspondent lending division and managed the production and operations areas for retail, nationwide lending and correspondent. Lynch attended the University of Northern Colorado where she majored in bio-chemistry. She also attended Drake University where she majored in economics. She is a graduate of The School of Mortgage Banking. |

Brian Jones is the Vice President of Business Development for the Marshall BankFirst Mortgage Group. He is responsible for assisting in the overall growth and strategy of the organization as well as developing business relationships with developers, builders, mortgage companies and banks. Jones has more than 10 years of experience in real estate, mortgage banking, commercial banking and business development. Most recently, Brian served as Vice President of Commercial Banking for Marshall Bank, an affiliate of Marshall BankFirst Mortgage, where he focused on providing financing to residential developers and builders in the Midwest, Florida and California. Before joining BankFirst, Jones served as the President of ACR Financial Group, a residential and commercial mortgage brokerage firm in Eagan, Minnesota, where he focused on arranging financing for an affiliated residential building and development company. Prior to his position at ACR, Jones was Vice President of Private Banking at Marquette Capital Bank in Minneapolis, where he was responsible for the growth of a large loan and deposit portfolio of high net worth individuals and businesses. Jones holds a bachelor's degree in business and operations management from the University of St. Thomas. |

Josh Smith is an Account Executive with the Marshall BankFirst Residential Mortgage Group. Smith most recently served as a sales representative for Pella Corporation, the world's leading manufacturer of specialty windows and doors. While at Pella, he was recognized as one of the nation's top sales representatives in 2004. Smith holds a bachelor's degree from Simpson College. |

Mike Moshier is an Account Executive with Marshall BankFirst Residential Mortgage Group. He is responsible for developing business relationships with developers, builders, mortgage companies and banks. In addition to business development, Moshier is active in the analysis, structuring and closing of residential development transactions. Moshier has more than 10 years of experience in real estate, mortgage banking, consulting and business development. Most recently, he served as President for Advocates Mortgage, LLC, where he focused on providing financing to residential developers and borrowers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market. Prior to his work with Advocates Mortgage, he served as an independent consultant advising mortgage brokers on operational efficacy and client relationship management. Moshier holds a bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University. |
