John Kimball |

John Kimball is the President of BankFirst and Marshall Bank, N.A. He is responsible for the continued growth, management and overall operations of both institutions. Kimball most recently served as Regional President for Associated Bank in Minneapolis, where he was responsible for managing Associated's Minnesota operations, growing the bank from $750 million to $2.8 billion over a period of four years. Prior to that, Kimball served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Fifth Third Bank in Grand Rapids, Michigan; Regional President of Old-Kent Southwest in Grand Rapids, Michigan; and as Senior Vice President of Keybank in Elkhart, Indiana. He began his professional career as Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking for J.P. Morgan Chase in Lansing, Michigan. Kimball holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Albion College in Albion, Michigan; and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. |

Gerald Anderson is Senior Vice President for BankFirst. He is responsible for the banks' continued growth of commercial and industrial lending relationships throughout the Midwest. Anderson most recently served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Group Manager for Associated Bank in Minneapolis, where he was responsible for developing their community banking real estate lending group and managing the business banking group located in Bloomington. Prior to that, Anderson served as Senior Vice President and Regional Credit Officer at Associated Bank in Minneapolis; Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer at Associated Bank in Minneapolis and as Vice President and Branch Manager of Riverside Bank/Associated Bank. He began his professional career as Vice President and Lease Officer at Merchants Capital Resources, Inc. Anderson holds a bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis and also attended the Colorado Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado. |
